We want you to have a smooth experience when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Final Sale Items
Orders placed during major promotions—such as 50% off sales, Buy One Get One Free, or similar discounts—are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (including receiving the wrong size or color), please email us with a photo or video showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you. No return is required.
Wrong Size (Ordered by Customer)
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time replacement for that product. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Refunds are not available unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Color Exchanges (Ordered by Customer)
We do not offer color exchanges. If you ordered the wrong color and would like a different one, you must place a new order. If a replacement is approved in special cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
Shipping Address Changes
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Orders lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Time Window
For any situation where refunds, replacements, or exchanges are applicable, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
